Customer Terms

Please ensure you enter the payment method that you intend to use for all future payments.

If you are purchasing a modem outright, we will take the full payment for your modem from your nominated payment method as soon as you click Pay Now.

Once your service is activated your first monthly invoice will be generated. Payment for this and all future invoices will be taken 14 days after your monthly invoice has been generated for charges relating to your service.

Please Note: In some circumstances we may ask that payment for your first monthly invoice be paid upfront with payment being taken as soon as you click Pay Now. This can be confirmed by checking the Upfront to Pay Today value in the pricing summary box on the right side.

Description of the service

The plan is a post-paid data service.

Mandatory goods

You need to purchase a Modem from MyRepublic which costs $1 on a 12-month contract or $99 on a month-to-month contract.

Minimum term

The minimum term is 1-month on the month-to-month contract or 12-months on the 12-month contract.

Minimum monthly plan charge

The minimum monthly charge is your plan fee, excess data charges do not apply.
If you choose to make voice calls on your service, the voice bundle rates or pay as you go rates apply.

Maximum monthly plan charge

Exit fees do not apply to month-to-month plans. You pay your monthly plan charge in advance, and if you cancel during the month you have to pay for all of that month.

If you cancel your 12 month contract before the end of your term, you will be charged an ETF of $199.
